Using either the "-os" or "+os" options will direct PC-Lint to direct its output to a file named according to its parameter. For example "+os(foo.txt)" will output the PC-Lint stdout to a file "foo.txt" in your working directory. "-os(foo.txt)" does the same thing, but does so while overwriting whatever was already there if that file already exists. There are similar options, "-oe" and "+oe" for redirecting stderror output.

Be sure to set these options before PC-Lint is actually generating output since options/files are processed in order. If you set these after the list of files to process, it will be too late for PC-Lint to capture the output.

I don't believe I've ever seen that as an option. "text", "html", and "xml" are the formats that I'm aware of. You might be able to utilize the output formatting to get the text output into something like a CSV file, but I've not tried that myself.
